Jenine Gathany is a board-certified physician assistant. After completing her undergraduate degree at Harvard University, she graduated from Emory’s Physician Assistant Program in 2005. At graduation, the Emory Faculty honored her with the prestigious Heritage Award, which goes to the person who embodies the ideals of the medical profession. She was also voted Most Outstanding Classmate, and nominated by her peers to serve on the Honor Council.
Following graduation, Jenine worked as a physician assistant in medical oncology for five years before joining Dr. Davidson in 2011. She has extensive experience in the treatment and management of patients with melanoma and sarcoma and great working knowledge of surgical oncology principles. Jenine is a member of the Georgia Association of Physician Assistants, and the American Society of Physician Assistants.
